IF Animation was founded in 2014 by Ian Fearnley, a seasoned creative with over 30 years of experience in film and photography. Drawing on this extensive background, Ian established the company to meet the growing demand for high-quality, professionally crafted animated content.
A graduate of Bradford University, where he earned a First-Class Honours degree in Animation in 2003, Ian has continually evolved his skillset to remain at the forefront of the industry. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he used the period of disruption to further refine and expand his expertise, ensuring clients benefit from the latest techniques and cutting-edge approaches.
Today, the team at IF Animation is recognised for delivering exceptional animation solutions, trusted by discerning clients who value creativity, precision, and outstanding visual storytelling.

IF Animation is an animation studio specializing in 3D, VFX for film and TV, medical animation, and commercial animation. The studio plans to showcase show reels for each type of animation, separate pages for the different types of animation, client endorsements, and a list of clients with their logos on the website. The main goal is to gain commissions, leads, and new clients. IF Animation has been running for 5 years and was inspired by the owner's experience studying for an animation bachelor's degree. The studio aims to stand out in the industry with its unique blend of specialties and high-quality work.
